What is RaceHalo?
RaceHalo is a decorative LED light designed to look like a glowing brake disc with a side brake caliper.
It is suitable, among other things, for gaming setups, garages, desks, offices, bedrooms, hobby rooms, and car enthusiast collections.
How does the personalization work?
On the product page, first select your preferred brake caliper color.
You can then enter an inscription or upload your own template, depending on the option selected.
Please carefully check your selection and all spellings before completing your order.
Where is my personalization applied?
The personalization is applied to the designated area of the side brake caliper.
The central area of the brake disc remains clear.
Which inscriptions can I use?
For example, you can provide a name, initials, a racing number, or a short personal inscription.
Feasibility depends, among other things, on the length, font style, and available space.
Which templates can I upload?
You can submit a suitable image or design template using the upload field on the product page.
Clear templates with easily recognizable contours and as few very small details as possible are best suited.
Complex gradients, extremely fine lines, or highly detailed designs may not be reproduced exactly.
You may upload only content for which you possess the necessary rights of use.
What happens if my template cannot be implemented?
If a template is technically unclear or cannot be implemented in the desired form, we may contact you before processing begins.
We can then discuss a possible adjustment together.
If no feasible design can be created, the order can be canceled and the amount already paid can be refunded.
Which colors are available?
The currently available brake caliper colors are displayed directly on the product page.
Depending on availability, red, yellow, blue, and black are currently available.
Is RaceHalo delivered fully assembled?
Yes. RaceHalo is not a kit and is delivered fully assembled.
How long does processing take?
Processing and personalization normally take 1 to 3 business days.
If information is missing or questions about the submitted design need to be clarified, processing may take longer.
How long does shipping take?
After processing is complete, the estimated delivery time is normally an additional 6 to 10 business days.
Overall, you should therefore allow approximately 7 to 13 business days from the date of order.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping to the delivery countries offered at checkout is free unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Will I receive shipment tracking?
Where available for the selected shipping method, you will receive an email after dispatch with a tracking number or a link to shipment tracking.
It may take a few days for the first tracking information to become visible.
How can I pay?
The payment methods currently available will be displayed at checkout.
Can I change my order afterward?

A change is only possible as long as personalization and processing have not yet begun.
Can I cancel or return a personalized order?
Products made according to your personal specifications or clearly personalized for you are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
This applies in particular to a personal name, lettering, logo, design, or comparable individual customization.
Your statutory rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly personalized goods remain fully intact.
What happens if there is a spelling error?
Please carefully check your desired text before completing the order.
If a spelling error submitted by you is implemented in accordance with the order, RaceHalo is generally not responsible for incorrect personalization.
