1. Personalized Products

RaceHalo products are designed according to the customer's individual specifications, depending on the order.

As a general rule, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods manufactured according to personal specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

This includes, in particular, products featuring a personal name, lettering, logo, design, pattern, or comparable individual customization.

Accordingly, the return of personalized goods that are free from defects is generally not possible.

2. Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized products, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

Withdrawal must be declared within the statutory period.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your product arrived damaged, does not function properly, or has another defect, please contact us at:

If possible, please provide your order number.

Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label will help us review your case quickly.

This request does not limit your statutory rights.

4. Incorrect Personalization

If the personalization was implemented differently from what you correctly specified, please contact us at:

Please send us your order number and, if possible, meaningful photos.

If your order already contained a spelling error, incorrect number, or incorrect selection and that information was implemented accordingly, this generally does not constitute incorrect personalization by RaceHalo.

5. Incorrect Item

If you were delivered an item other than the one you ordered, please contact us, providing your order number.

We will then review the appropriate next steps.

6. Returns

Please do not return a product to a foreign shipping address or directly to a fulfillment partner without prior coordination.

We will provide you with the return address applicable to your case after you contact us.

7. Return Shipping Costs

In the case of a statutory withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, provided the customer was properly informed of this.

For damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized, or incorrectly delivered goods, RaceHalo bears the return shipping costs required under the applicable statutory rights.

8. Refunds

Any refund owed will generally be issued using the payment method used for the original order.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take several business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Your statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
