Cancel a contract

You can use the following function to cancel a contract electronically, provided that a statutory right of cancellation exists for the order in question.

Required information

– your full name,
– your order number or other unique contract details,
– your email address for confirmation of receipt,
– the product or part of the order you wish to cancel.

After submitting the form, you will receive electronic confirmation that your cancellation notice has been received.

Information about personalized products

As a rule, the statutory right of cancellation does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs.

This includes, in particular, RaceHalo products featuring a personal name, lettering, logo, design, pattern, or comparable individual customization.

Your statutory rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly personalized goods remain unaffected.
